About My Location

I run a one-on-one, client-focused practice. I do not have front desk staff or reception services. My treatment room is located inside the CLASH Beauty Collective building. When you arrive, please have a seat in the lobby waiting area and I will meet you there.

Scheduling & Managing appointments

To schedule an appointment, please book directly online HERE. Online booking ensures you receive the most accurate availability and the fastest confirmation for the time that works best for you. After booking your appointment, you will receive an email with intake forms that provide important information to help me prepare for your visit. These forms also include a section to enter your insurance information if you plan to bill your insurance. You will also have access to a secure online portal where you can manage appointments, complete forms, and view billing information.
